Considered the third wine of Chateau Pavie, Esprit de Pavie is a wish of Gerard Perse, who is the owner of the renowned Chateau Pavie, to make a beautiful wine representing traditional Bordeaux style. The vines are grown under a minimal use of chemicals and the yields are controlled by green harvest. The wine shows ripe berries and violet with a soft touch of oak. The palate is rich and round supported by silky tannin.
Produced by the team of the prestigious Chateau Pavie, one of the top Premier Grand Cru Classe A wineries from Saint-Emilion, Esprit de Pavie is widely considered as the third wine of Chateau Pavie. A famous label with excellent quality and value.
