If you are looking for bubbles with a soft touch of sweetness, try Ario Prosecco Superiore Extra Dry. It shows floral notes with riper fruits. The good intensity and richness pair well with Chinese or spicy food. Little sweetness to be shared in any occasions.
The fineness of L’Antica Quercia wines is the result of attention to details. Not only being organic certified, the winery started adopting biodynamic practice from 2017. They use native yeasts to ferment their base wines and vinify the base wines by separate plots in different tanks. The wines are naturally stabilized in winter with a minimal use of sulphites.
