Bruscade is a rare red blend from the Prosecco region. On the nose, it is full of crushed wild berries and floral notes with a soft touch of spices and balsamic hint. Elegant and expressive. Very limited production of around 2500 bottles every year.
The fineness of L’Antica Quercia wines is the result of attention to details. Not only being organic certified, the winery started adopting biodynamic practice from 2017. They use native yeasts to ferment their base wines and vinify the base wines by separate plots in different tanks. The wines are naturally stabilized in winter with a minimal use of sulphites.
