Matiu is a pure delight, showing aromas of white flowers and apple with hint of citrus and a soft mineral end. A fine prosecco spumante with good weight and intensity. 5g of sugar makes it a versatile food pairing partner. Or you can simply enjoy the bubbly alone.
The fineness of L’Antica Quercia wines is the result of attention to details. Not only being organic certified, the winery started adopting biodynamic practice from 2017. They use native yeasts to ferment their base wines and vinify the base wines by separate plots in different tanks. The wines are naturally stabilized in winter with a minimal use of sulphites.
