The winery also cultivates a small plot of white grapes including sauvignon blanc. With an attitude of 600 meters above sea level and the abrupt temperature of the region, the white grapes can keep its freshness and acidity. The resulting wines show passion fruits, gooseberry, peach and green apple. The medium bodied wine filled with a good concentration of fruits and a creamy sensation and a balanced acidity.

Being in a lesser-known appellation in South-East of Spain, Bodegas Bleda provide their wines in a very reasonable price as well as exciting quality. The grapes are all cultivated in organic practice , although the wines are not organic certified. The resulting wines are with good concentration, balanced acidity and complex.
