Su Alto is a wine made the 2nd fermentation in bottle with no disgorgement. The result is slightly hazy-colour wine with creamy and rich texture filled with fruits and long mineral end. 0g sugar makes it a versatile wine for many delicate dishes.
The fineness of L’Antica Quercia wines is the result of attention to details. Not only being organic certified, the winery started adopting biodynamic practice from 2017. They use native yeasts to ferment their base wines and vinify them by separate plots. The wines are naturally stabilized in winter with a minimal use of sulphites.
