Echappee Bel Blanc is an interesting blend from Bordeaux. Aspired to make wines pleasurable with new style to the audience, Olivier brings Muscadelle to the stage. The wine was aged around 6-9 months on fine lees. It shows aromas of honey, flower, pineapple, pear with a touch of minerals. The mid palate is round with a touch of buttery feel and a hint of citrus end.
Chateau de Bel is an independent boutique winery based in Bordeaux. The property was purchased by Olivier Cazenave in 2003 after endless searching, with the ambition of making tasty and affordable wines which also represent their own style. The vineyards were restructured in 2005, planting high quality Merlot and especially Cabernet Franc which is one of Olivier’s favourite varietals. In 2016, all the vineyards are cultivated with biodynamic agriculture, to make the wines more pleasurable, healthy and respectful.
