12 months oak aging offering vanilla, toast, balsamic and minerals supported by red fruits. Medium plus body filled with typical red cherry and spices. Good to pair with juicy meat dishes.  

Being in a lesser-known appellation in South-East of Spain, Bodegas Bleda provide their wines in a very reasonable price as well as exciting quality. The grapes are all cultivated in organic practice, although the wines are not organic certified. The resulting wines are with good concentration, balanced acidity and complex.
